“Our firm was at $7M in revenue however kept running out of cash. We brought Carenna in to help. At first, we analyzed the spending and created a budget that would make the cash flow sustainable. We saw the main area that needed support was the COGS. Therefore, we implemented a weekly update for the COGS budget fixed this cash flow problem. She also asked both our CEO and COO what you wanted to make work more enjoyable. This conversation revealed a need for more specific communication, which Carenna supported.
